A city that will be developed as an Intelligent, Proactive and Sustainable Territory (TIPS) for Happiness.
We are quite excited to be pioneers in the development of the first Smart City under the umbrella of the "Economy of Happiness" and the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, including the SDG-18: Happiness.
